Soon, the Hyppo, a popular gourmet popsicle shop which began in St. Augustine and has since spread to the 600 Block of St. Pete and Ybor City, will open its doors at 702 South Village Circle in the form Park Apothecary.
For those unfamiliar with Hyppo, the concept offers more than just your garden-variety popsicle. Flavors include: Cucumber Lemon Mint, Dark Roast Espresso, Ginger Plum, Granny’s Apple Pie, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Watermelon Hibiscus and Espresso Horchata.
