Units will range from $600,000 to $2 million and above, according to a press release. Units will span 1,110 to 3,700 square feet.

Located at the corner of Ashley Drive and Twiggs Street, the project will only feature 4 units or fewer per floor.

Pending approvals, the developers hope to break ground in spring 2020.

It’s an extraordinarily advantageous location, putting future residents in the heart of Tampa evolving nightlife scene. Just steps from the Riverwalk, you can basically access the best food and entertainment this city has to offer without a car.

The Arris was designed by the architecture firm of Rule Joy Tramell + Rubio LLC, the same firm that designed the nearby “Nine15” building downtown.
