Fruitwood Market, known for its fresh and flavorful offerings, has expanded to a new location at 4720 W Cypress Street in the Westshore Business District. This popular spot, already beloved in Hyde Park for its big salads, wood-fired flatbreads, and fresh juices, is now bringing its signature menu to a new neighborhood. The restaurant boasts those breezy lunch vibes we crave on a particularly daunting work day.

At the new location, customers can enjoy a variety of flatbreads, including the Rich Bailey’s Veggie Flatbread featuring goat cheese, mozzarella, broccoli, mushrooms, baby spinach, and diced tomatoes. Another standout is AJ’s Pink Flamingo, topped with Nana’s Red Sauce, freshly grated pecorino Romano cheese, prosciutto, pistachios, arugula, and a honey mustard drizzle. The Paddle Surf Flatbread offers a unique blend of mozzarella, warm brie, turkey, diced pears, baby spinach, purple kale, and honey mustard drizzle.

Fruitwood Market’s menu also includes big salads like the BBQ Chicken Salad and the Kale Caesar Gulf Shrimp Salad, with options for veggie burgers and plant-based chicken.
