Flamingo Donuts has quickly emerged as one of the best pop-up donut shops in Tampa Bay. The gem is a staple at local markets, and now they’re moving into The Bakery Box space in South Tampa (5224 S Dale Mabry Highway). The Bakery Box has served as a home for numerous local gems such as State Flour Bakery and Juju Taiyaki. It’s home to my favorite local cookie spot, American Cookie Company, and Sage’s Playground.
This donut shop will be open at The Bakery Box every Monday and Friday. You can order for pickup direct on their website. Hungry residents in Tampa can also find their donuts at multiple markets across the city including the Ybor City Saturday Market. Visit their online calendar to see where Flamingo will pop up next.

These treats are made by hand by the fabulous Chef Sarah Wallace. For June, the bakery is offering special mango passionfruit, and cannoli donuts. The main features include:
- Old fashioned glazed
- Strawberry glazed
- South of Boston cream
- Doughnut cinnamon roll
- Vanilla birthday cake
- Coconut
- Bourbon maple bacon
- Chocolate glazed with sprinkles
