There’s no weekend in St. Pete like the finale of Pride Month, and this new party is serving as the perfect complement to all the fun. The newly-expanded Cordova Inn, located at 253 2nd Ave N, is breaking in its beautiful new rooftop in grand style, hosting the inaugural “Shout It From The Rooftop” Pride party alongside the downtown Pride Parade this Saturday, June 27.
Just a few blocks away from the parade and festival on the waterfront, Cordova’s Pride Party is the perfect spot for some literally elevated fun, offering rooftop breeze and refreshing cocktails without leaving the party behind. Festivities run from 12-6 pm on Saturday, and attendance is completely free, though interested guests can RSVP in advance here.

The 12-8 pm window makes it ideal for stopping in for a quick drink on your way to the celebration, relaxing with a cocktail midway through the day, or dancing into the sunset following the parade. It’s your day – Cordova is just here to help make it great.
Shout It From The Rooftop takes place on the hotel’s beautiful new rooftop and will include live DJs keeping the music going all day. Guests can enjoy wine, beer and signature cocktails while either grabbing a seat in the shade at the bar and under the umbrellas, or hitting the dance floor. We recommend both. Pride only comes once a year, after all.
Of course, the celebration will spread throughout the property. The rooftop is where the music is getting turned up, but don’t skip The Scott downstairs in the lobby. The cafe and bar has been our favorite hidden gem in downtown for years, and they make one of the best espresso martinis in town. If you’re looking for a buzz of both the caffeinated and intoxicating variety you’ll be pleased with the pick.
Plus, it’s easy to get to and from Cordova Inn. It’s a straight shot down the sidewalk on 2nd Ave to hit the parade route on Bayshore Drive, and just 2 1/2 blocks from the hotel to Beach Drive and the festival grounds in Straub Park.
Shout It From The Rooftop is free to attend, running from 12-6 pm on Saturday, June 27. You can RSVP for free here, though RSVP is not required. Follow The Scott on Instagram to see the latest.
