Coastal Cowgirls Collective, a custom hat bar blending Tampa’s coastal style with Western flair, is set to open its pop-up experience at Hyde Park Village on November 1. Located at 34 S Village Circle Rd, this unique, interactive space invites customers to design and personalize their own hats.
Founded by Maresa Keene, a Tampa local, and Kaylie Burchardt, a Texas native, Coastal Cowgirls brings a fresh mix of country style and coastal charm to Tampa. “We wanted to bring this distinct mix of country flair and coastal charm to Tampa,” Burchardt shared. Combining Maresa’s passion for the local scene with Kaylie’s expertise in Western style, the duo has created a stylish, personal space true to their vision.

Experience the interactive hat bar
The heart of Coastal Cowgirls is its interactive hat bar, featuring styles like bucket hats, ranchers, wool cattleman hats, trucker hats, and woven cowboy hats. Customers can explore hundreds of add-ons, from personalized branding to custom burning, for a one-of-a-kind hat. Each style is fully customizable with options for sizing, unique accents, and hat shaping, making it the perfect fit for locals and tourists seeking a memorable accessory.
The Collective’s hat wall invites visitors to try on different styles before diving into the hands-on customization process. “Our stylists guide customers every step of the way, ensuring each piece reflects their personal style,” Keene explained.
Big opening week celebration in Hyde Park
To celebrate its opening, Coastal Cowgirls will offer exclusive promotions, special discounts, and limited-edition designs. Hyde Park Village General Manager Sarah Williams expressed her excitement: “Coastal Cowgirls is a perfect fit for our community, bringing creativity, fun, and personalized fashion right to Hyde Park.”
