One of Tampa Bay’s biggest Oktoberfest celebrations also happens to be the only one with giraffe sightings and rides on Iron Gwazi. The 5th-Annual Busch Gardens Bier Fest is back in action, dishing up flavorful fare and tasty brews every weekend now through September 5.
Bier Fest returns as festive as ever, with cabins throughout the park serving more than 50 seasonal, local and international beers, ciders and sours. The refreshing drinks spread all over Busch Gardens pair perfectly with an all-new Oktoberfest-inspired menu. Admission to Bier Fest is included with the price of admission, taking place every Friday-Sunday until September 5.

This popular event, now in its fifth consecutive year, allows guests to sip, sample and savor, enjoy the tunes from rising local artists, step into immersive animal habitats, and top-off a day of festive fun with Florida’s most thrilling rides. The big addition this year is an incredible Oktoberfest-themed food menu, including goodies like Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes with chives, caramelized onions, and bacon), Konigsberger Klopse (German meatballs in a white wine caper sauce), and a divine pretzel bratwurst.
Still hungry? More new menu items range from Sauerbraten Sliders and Potato Pancakes to Brisket Poutine, Cheese Pierogis, and Ruben Brats. An array of more than 50 types of drink offerings await all Bier Fest guests including lagers, ales, pilsners, IPAs and hefeweizens, with double-digit Tampa Bay breweries, cideries and wineries serving up the good stuff.
