Ellianos Coffee, a drive-thru specialty coffee brand based in the Southeast, is bringing its unique experience to Tampa Bay with a new four-store development agreement. This move marks a significant milestone in the company’s rapid growth across Florida and the Southeast.
The agreement adds four new locations to the Tampa area, enhancing the brand’s presence in the Sunshine State. Currently operating 54 stores, Ellianos has experienced remarkable growth throughout 2024. “We are thrilled to bring Ellianos Coffee to the vibrant Tampa community,” said Jonathan Morgan, Director of Franchise Sales. “This four-store deal is a significant step in our expansion plans and reflects strong demand for our unique coffee experience.”

Toffee lattes arriving soon in Tampa
This Tampa expansion builds on Ellianos’ success in Orlando, Central Florida, and Jacksonville, where it operates eight stores. The brand differentiates itself with a Southern twist on coffee, featuring items like the Caffe Dolce Latte, iced Tuscany Toffee Latte, and the popular Southern grit bowls.
Ellianos continues to expand its footprint in Florida and Georgia while seeking new franchisees in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. With its latest move into Tampa Bay, Ellianos aims to solidify its position as a leading drive-thru coffee brand in the Southeast.
