A new spot well worth the trip to Sarasota will bring an expansive whiskey library to the city. Expanding its footprint from South Florida to the Gulf Coast, Damn Good Hospitality proudly unveils its newest venture: the third Warren location at 1400 Main Street, Sarasota. Following the triumph of their Naples venue, this strategic move cements the group’s commitment to Sarasota’s burgeoning market, blending Midwest charm with waterfront allure. Spanning 11,500 square feet on the second floor, the new venue offers panoramic views of the Five Points intersection and park—a prime spot curated for unforgettable experiences.

Facilitated by Kevin Robbins and Loyd Robbins, the transaction secures the group’s presence in downtown Sarasota’s most iconic locale. “Five Points intersection is the epicenter of downtown Sarasota,” remarked Kevin Robbins of Robbins Real Estate. “The fact that hospitality groups like Damn Good Hospitality are leasing 10,000-plus-square-foot spaces speaks volumes about the evolving demand from residents and visitors for this caliber of business in downtown Sarasota.”

Warren Sarasota’s ground level will welcome guests through a large lobby/foyer area on Pineapple Avenue, while the second-floor space along Main Street and Pineapple Avenue provides 11,500 square feet dedicated to fine dining and Warren’s acclaimed whiskey program. “Our extensive whiskey library, the largest in South Florida, will find a fitting home in this landmark location,” added John.

Warren Sarasota is set to open in late summer of 2025, promising to become a new cultural and culinary landmark in the heart of the city. For more information and updates, visit DamnGoodHospitality.com or follow Warren Restaurants on Instagram.
