The Grove at Wesley Chapel, a mixed-use development that offers residents and visitors a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, will soon be home to a 148,000-square-foot Target store. Target’s new strategy of constructing larger stores with enhanced features such as expanded backroom space, natural lighting, and more greenery is evident in this new development. The shop will be located at the intersection of Oakley Boulevard and Pink Flamingo Lane, and while an opening date has yet to be announced, the community is eagerly anticipating the arrival of the well-known retail chain.
The Grove has been expanding quickly in recent years, welcoming new businesses like Krate, a shipping container park for local enterprises, and soon to be added Starbucks, Woodie’s Wash Shack, a national rental car chain, and a miniature golf course.
