MONDAY, 11/2
What’s the best way to relax after a long Monday at the office? Meditation! Hosted by the Tampa Museum of Art and Parbawatiya Kadampa Buddhist Center. 5:30-7pm. $10 per person. Tampa Museum of Art, 120 West Gasparilla Plaza.
 
Free weekly full-body cardio and conditioning every Monday at the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park downtown. This class takes a different spin on things by incorporating drumsticks into the exercise. 6-7pm. Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, 600 North Ashley Drive.
 
This annual event only last one night so be sure you make it to the Florida Avenue Brewing Company to grab a beer and educate yourself! Researches share their discovered in a program called, “We’re Only Human.” Scientists will discuss our immune system, brain cells, and more! Free admission. Starts at 7:30pm. TUESDAY, 11/3
The first Tuesday of every month the Children’s Board of Hillsborough team up with Glazer Children’s Museum to host a hands-on museum event. Admission is Free. 2-7pm.  Glazer Children's Museum, 110 West Gasparilla Plaza.
 
Get a great work out with free Zumba every Tuesday at the Curtis Hixon Park. 6-7pm.  Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, 600 North Ashley Drive. 
 
The Lightning hit the road this week to face the Red Wings. Join the best fans in the NHL this Tuesday, Nov. 3, beginning at 6:30pm for one of the most electric events in Tampa. Channelside Bay Plaza, 615 Channelside Drive. 

 

 

WEDNESDAY, 11/4
Tampa Theatre will host this powerful 60-minute documentary will open your eyes to the dramatic lives of veterans while helping to connect civilians and those who have served our country. Starts at 7pm. FREE. Tampa Theatre, 711 North Franklin Street.
 
He's known for his adult style humor and sharing the stage with Charlie Murphy and Sarah Silverman, Tom Segura will perform at the Improv Comedy Theater at 8pm. Tickets are $20. 21+ only. Improv Theater, 1600 East 8th Avenue.
 
 
 
 
THURSDAY, 11/5
The University of South Florida Public Health Auditorium is screening a documentary highlighting life after having a baby – the realness of postpartum depression and other postnatal related disorders. Free Admission. $5 for parking. Starts at 5:30pm. 13201 Bruce B Downs Boulvard.
 
Benefit our friends at Frankie’s Friends Foundation by raising money for pets with cancer and other life-threatening diseases at District 3 Arts and Events Venue. There will be a silent auction including airlines tickets and weekend getaway packages. Tickets are $100 for general admission or $200 for VIP access. Starts at 6pm. 802 East Whiting Street.
 
This multi-platinum CMA and ACM country musician will be at The Round Up performing his award-winning songs. Tickets $15 –  $25. Show starts at 7pm. The Round Up, 10051 West Hillsborough Avenue.
