The 2nd Annual Sunset series at Water Street Tampa will feature monthly activations on May 16, June 27 and July 18. Each event takes place from 6pm-9pm. Find the area at 1001 Water Street, parking is available at 1045 E Cumberland Ave. The concept was Incepted in 2023 to encourage exploration of the neighborhood while providing entertainment and activities at every corner. The curated events offer guests an opportunity to eat, drink and traverse through the district with different themes for each night.
Sunset Series kicks off on May 16 with Sundown Sips, an evening allowing guests to enjoy wine, cocktails, mocktails and unique beverages. “Sundown Sips will lead guests through the district learning and tasting the latest beverage trends and best-in-market products provided by local restaurants, giving guests a multi-sensory beverage and bites experience,” according to the event organizers.

Party under the stars in Water Street Tampa
On June 27, guests will be invited to Pages and Play, a celebration of the written word. Vendors will be stationed around Water Street featuring readings from local authors or activities inspired by their writing. Guests can also get creative with a collaborative poetry wall and typewriter bar. A reverse library will donate to local nonprofits and provide a book swap opportunity for guests.
The third and final event of the series will be hosted on July 18 and will offer dance, music and culinary fairs from around the world. Featuring local dancers showcasing diverse styles, each stop offers live performances to watch or participate in. This celebration transcends borders, uniting guests in an unforgettable cultural experience on Water Street.
