Guy Fieri wasn’t in Tampa long, but he clearly made the most of his time. The latest episode from his adventures in the city is set to air next week, as an episode featuring Tampa’s The Boozy Pig will air on the Food Network on Friday, August 7, at 9 pm.

The local sandwich shop and butcher will showcase its house-cured and smoked meats with the Mayor of Flavortown, along with what appears to be an additional celebrity guest. Pictured in the announcement reel was celebrity chef and local philanthropist Robert Irvine posing in The Boozy Pig’s kitchen with Fieri and the Boozy Pig team.

To celebrate, The Boozy Pig is hosting a watch party at Riveters (2301 N Dale Mabry Hwy) on the night of the debut, August 7. Festivities begin at 7:30 pm, followed by the episode’s debut at 9 on the Food Network. The celebration is open to all ages. Conveniently for The Boozy Pig, they’re closed that late in the day anyway, so there won’t be any staff stuck working when the episode airs.

“It’s hard to put into words what this moment means to us,” The Boozy Pig said. “What started as a dream, a whole lot of hard work, and a belief in doing things the right way has led us to something we never imagined. Being featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is an incredible honor, and we couldn’t have done it without this amazing crew & community. This celebration isn’t just ours—it’s yours, too. Every meal you’ve shared, every kind word, every visit, and every bit of support has helped make this possible and we’d love for you to celebrate with us!”

Follow The Boozy Pig on Instagram to keep up with the latest. If you haven’t yet been to the cult favorite, you can visit them at 3255 W Cypress St every Wednesday-Sunday for breakfast, lunch, afternoon indulgence, and weekend brunch.
