Do you have a sweet tooth? Then you’ll probably want to visit the Sugar Factory when it debuts at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in December. It’s a wild dessert hub with more than 20 locations across the country.

The Sugar Factory will be located in the mezzanine area of the casino overlooking the grand entrance. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops.

Unlike any candy shop you’ve ever visited

This isn’t your typical candy shop, and the decor would make even Willy Wonka blush. Guests will dine, or snack under crystal chandeliers, white marble bar seats and red tufted banquets.

Don’t worry, it’s also laid out for the ‘gram.

“We are thrilled about the growth of our restaurant concept with the 25th location inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa,” says Sugar Factory managing partner, Tom Recine. “Casinos are the perfect places for our lively atmosphere and playful menu, and with guests already in such an upbeat mood we thought it would be perfect to offer a restaurant that mirrored that attitude.”

A menu made for Instagram

Sugar Factory’s menu will feature signature items such as Rainbow Sliders, The Big Cheesy Monster Burger, Chinese Chicken Salad, Fettuccini Alfredo with Shrimp, 8oz Black Angus Filet, Insane Milkshakes and specialty pizzas.

Sugar Factory’s legendary desserts will also grace the menu, including the famous King Kong Sundae – 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, giant swirly pops and more, serving up to 12 people. OK, they say 12 people, I say all for me (please don’t judge).

Boozy candy cocktails at the bar

Thirsty for some adult beverages? Then you need to sip on the 64oz. boozy smoking candy goblets.

Varieties include the The Drake, a mix of Virginia Black Whiskey and sweet tea, the Lollipop Passion, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces, and the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies.

Brunch like a pro at Sugar Factory

Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11am–11pm and weekends from 11am-1am.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking is available in the parking garage or through valet at the entrance of the hotel and casino.
