The hottest restaurant in Tampa just announced the arrival of a new executive chef, Martin Dejesus. Dejesus most recently served as chef de cuisine at Haven, part of the Bern’s family of restaurants.
Chef Martin has honed his culinary skills over 15 years, focusing on vegetable-forward cooking, whole animal butchery, aging,
preservation and modern cooking techniques. His innovative and skillful approach to blending diverse flavors and textures has garnered him critical acclaim, establishing him as one of the industry’s most talented and sought after chefs.
