Trinity is getting a new spot for Italian comfort food just in time for the season. Roma Social, a new modern Italian restaurant, is set to open in Trinity later this fall.

The new restaurant promises a scratch kitchen dishing up modern and elevated takes on classic Italian favorites. The team has curated a specialty wine list to pair with the kitchen’s creations, alongside a robust cocktail program. No official opening date has been set, though they have already begun previews and sneak peeks, so we anticipate news coming soon. Be sure to follow them for the latest.

Based on what they’ve teased on Instagram, the menu will lean into familiar Italian favorites with a fresh, modern approach. Options include freshly baked focaccia and dips, and indulgent pasta dishes like lobster ravioli and baked ziti with vodka sauce. And of course, the meal isn’t complete without an Aperol Spritz. As for dessert, the tiramisu affogato and pistachio Basque cheesecake look like they’ll be worth saving room for.

Roma Social comes from Pineapple Hospitality, the group behind several other Trinity restaurants, including Craft Street Kitchen and Zim Zari. The hospitality group is known for its focus on scratch-made kitchens, great drinks, and thoughtful hospitality, all of which will carry into its newest concept.

With its opening on the horizon, Roma Social is ready to bring a new option for Italian dining to Trinity. Stay tuned for more details on the opening date and full menu.
