Supporting businesses and residents
“In the wake of COVID-19’s negative impacts to our local economy, the inaugural program, Grow On Us, took place from May through August of 2020,” wrote Grow Financial representatives in a release. The Grow On Us campaign was designed to stimulate Tampa Bay’s struggling businesses and offer some relief and joy to the people in the region. They worked with businesses such as Pacific Counter and Fabrica Pizza — and did indeed spark a lot of joy.
On April 27 New York New York Pizza will serve up a sensational and unique Cuban Sandwich Pizza.
The most Tampa pizza ever made
Despite its Northeastern roots, New York New York Pizza is a Tampa institution. They’ve been serving up so-big-you-should-fold-‘em slices for years, with nearly every topping option you could possibly want. Inspired by Tampa’s Cuban roots, they’ve created a Cuban Sandwich Pizza complete with ham, pork, pickles and more. Supplies are limited, so make sure you arrive early to claim yours. Each guest will receive 2 free slices and a soft drink.
