New Single Residence Per Floor Tower a First for Bayshore

The newly announced 17 story tower, The Sanctuary will have 15 residences, with each level of the tower boasting a single-family floor plan as well as a two-story Penthouse suite. According to developers, it will also be the first residential tower on Bayshore where every floor is a single-family residence.

The Sanctuary will be the first luxury tower in the United States to use a frameless glass wall system with 360 degree views from every floor and is expected to offer superior standard of top-tier finishes not seen before in Tampa Bay.

A second-floor amenity deck named, “The Retreat,” is nestled next to Fred Ball Park’s lush tree canopy giving residents an intimate and private space to relax. The Retreat is unique because of its exclusive location next to the park.

The Sanctuary Inside

The Sanctuary will be located on Bayshore Boulevard and adjacent to Fred Ball Park, is an estimated $40 million tower with residences from $2.3 million to more than $4.8 million. It is represented exclusively by Smith & Associates Real Estate.
