A sister-shop to Sweet Soul, MOOD Bake Bar will bring mood-lifting goodies to Tampa starting on September 2nd. The new café will offer body-friendly drinks and snacks designed to promote a healthy spirit.
Ciccio Restaurant Group announced today the opening of MOOD Bake Bar in Tampa’s SOHO district, scheduled for a September 2nd debut. The new concept is described as a non-traditional café inspired by the desire to navigate food sensitivities, while still allowing for enjoyable indulgence. MOOD will offer a range of gluten-free and plant-based baked goods and breakfast foods, in addition to a beverage menu featuring drinks with a variety of adaptogenic ingredients to help elevate one’s current mood.
Inside the Insta-worthy building, guests can choose from espresso drinks, superfood lattes, matcha, and agua frescas. To complete the mood-lifting experience, MOOD will offer various adaptogenic add-ons for the drinks, including ashwagandha, chaga, collagen, coconut oil, hemp-based CBD, maca and mood mix.
In the announcement, creator and managing partner Taylor Winter described a belief in “balance and empowering each other to embrace who we are at any moment,” adding that “MOOD has options to fit one’s current diet and beliefs, offering a selection of innovative and mindful breakfast foods, curated to satisfy all desires and tastes. “
Located at 1101 South Howard Avenue, MOOD Bake Bar will be open Monday-Sunday, and more information can be found at moodbakebar.com.
