Minano Ramen is the hottest new restaurant in Tampa, and it’s located at 11909 Sheldon Rd. The owners want diners to “experience the essence of Japanese cuisine” through a diverse menu that speaks volumes with every dish. Its menu is a pure passion project. “From classic ramen bowls to flavorful yakitori skewers, each bite is a tribute to authentic flavors,” write the owners.

Founded by a group of friends driven by their love for genuine Japanese cuisine, Minano Ramen goes beyond being just an Izakaya. The restaurant has garnered a host of 5-star reviews since it debuted. Many of the glowing reviews shout out the pan-seared pork dumplings, savory fried octopus, sliced beef and cabbage buns, and spicy tonkotsu ramen.

The Yakatori skewers, curry chicken rice bowl, and minced pork bao all look phenomenal, too.

This ramen hub is also beautiful to look at. Cherry blossoms, red lanterns, gorgeous art, and sun-brellas are situated throughout the intimate space.

One diner, Anne, left this 5-star review after visiting: “Shoyu Ramen was amazing because of the rich broth and wheat noodles. Chicken Curry was also delish. Food was better than most ramen spots in Tampa.”

Another reviewer, Nellie, was thoroughly impressed during their soft opening: “I had the curry ramen and my family got the pork rice bowl, veggie ramen, and tempura udon! They also have a lot of boba options!! Cute interior decorations, the restaurant, food, and service, everything is giving!”
