Kale Me Crazy is ready to serve Midtown Tampa. The superfood cafe offer juices, smoothies, salads and wraps in a sleek upscale environment. The official opening is set for Friday, March 25 at 1110 Gramercy Lane. Acai bowls are everywhere in Tampa Bay, and this concept is hoping to offer their own signature spin in the highly sought after treat. Kale Me Crazy’s bowl features organic açaí, coconut milk, date, blueberries, cashews, banana, and strawberries. The bowl is topped with banana, coconut, gluten-free granola, mint, and raw honey.
If you’re looking for something packed with protein, try the poke bowl. Kale Me Crazy’s poke features wild caught tuna dressed in their house marinade, avocado, cucumber, carrots, edamame, radish, toasted sesame seeds, spicy vegan mayonnaise, and furikake served on a bed of iasmine rice. Hummus, Avocado, and Almond Butter toasts also feature on the menu.

Kale Me Crazy brings superfood smoothies to Midtown
This restaurant features a litany of fresh juices, immunity shots, and smoothies. Since we exist in a perpetual, endless summer here in the Tampa Bay region, something cool and tropical is always on the menu. Each offers an array of fresh fruits, protein mixes, and energizers to satisfy your taste buds. If I had to choose just one, it would have to be the Super Matcha Smoothie. This delicious drink is made with matcha green tea, banana, blueberries, spinach, chia seeds, agave, and almond milk.
For those looking to grab lunch on the go, make sure to hold the gluten-free quinoa bowl in reverence. This refreshing midday delight is made with quinoa, kale, carrots, cucumber, feta, avocado, green peppers, tomatoes, scallion mix, and garbanzo.
You can preview the entire menu, and browse through their array of resplendent recipes on Kale Me Crazy’s website. It joins fellow health food spot, True Food Kitchen, at the ever-growing Midtown development.
