Time to release the Kraken in Tampa

The main attraction for thrill-seekers is The Kraken, a colossal ride that stands a towering 80 feet tall and stretches its limbs 147 feet high. This ride is the first of its kind to travel across events in the U.S. Florida State Fair officials describe The Kraken as a pendulum-style ride featuring a swinging arm similar to other midway and fair attractions but more than twice the size. Having made its U.S. debut just last year, The Kraken is set to join the Florida State Fair’s midway, one of the largest in North America, offering a new and exhilarating option for thrill-seekers.

A family-friendly experience enters the chat

In addition to The Kraken, the fair will introduce a family-friendly attraction: The Candy Adventure Fun House. This delightful experience is perfect for guests of all ages. The Candy Adventure Fun House is a giant, colorful spectacle that invites guests to journey through a combination of a fun house and mirror maze. With dazzling lights, exciting sounds, and enticing sugary smells, The Candy Adventure Fun House, stretching 131 feet long, is the perfect way for young fairgoers to find their fun.
