Cheeseology, a locally-owned make-your-own cheese workshop, has now opened its brick-and-mortar studio in Historic Ybor City (1527 E 7th Ave). “Our vision is to be the premier provider of cheese-making experiences where people come together to make lasting memories,” write owners Paul and Kelly in the company vision statement.

Cheeseology’s wine expert Meredith has hand-selected boutique vineyards with small production runs so visitors likely will be trying wines that they can’t get anywhere else. It might be one of the coolest, and tastiest indoor activities in Tampa.
