Adam Sandler, the prolific actor, producer, comedian, and pick up basketball legend is set to perform live at Amalie Arena in Tampa on November 6. Whether you know him as Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, Little Nicky, or The Waterboy Bobby Booshay, Sandler has been a pop culture icon for decades. The SNL alum is known for his comedic outings, but has also turned up the Oscar buzz with performances in Punch Drunk Love and Uncut Gems. Sandler made this blogger weep when he performed “Chris Farley” on Saturday Night Live.
Tickets for the November 6 show officially go on sale on Friday. In 2018, 100% Fresh was released on Netflix which was Sandler’s first comedy special in twenty years and filmed during his last concert tour. In conjunction with Netflix, Warner Bros. Records released the audio companion to Sandler’s critically acclaimed Netflix special.

Beyond his beloved standup, Sandler’s films have grossed over $3 billion worldwide and his films on Netflix have been some of the streamer’s most successful. Sandler’s recent film HUSTLE was a critical and audience favorite.
We don’t fully know what to expect from the LIVE show, or who will appear alongside the Sandman during his Tampa show, but we imagine if you have any affinity for the comedian, then this is a must attend event.
Amalie Arena is located at 401 Channelside Drive. That’s not the only thing to be excited about at Amalie. Believe it or not preseason hockey with The Tampa Bay Lightning begins September 28.
