Hurricane season has officially begun, and alongside it, one of the region’s greatest purveyors of home goods is making sure Tampa is prepared. The 39th annual Florida’s Largest Home Show is back and hosting a Labor Day Weekend extravaganza from August 30 to September 2 at the Florida State Fairgrounds, and this particular rendition of the celebrated showcase is an expo of all things storm protection and storm-preparedness.
The home show will showcase the latest in storm protection for our homes and property, with everything from tips and gadgets to the major needs and services that will protect our homes when the weather is at its worst. The Hurricane Preparedness extravaganza emphasizes the paramount importance of protecting your investments and loved ones.
And of course, as usual, Florida’s Largest Home Show is an absolutely incredible showcase of all things for the house and yard, from furniture and appliances to home goods and decorations. As a family-friendly event (all children 12 and under get in free), attendees can look forward to daily demonstrations featuring cutting-edge products designed to fortify homes against inclement weather. Hundreds of vendors will be complemented by an incredible list of exhibits, offering every level of storm protection a home could need. From homebuilding and remodeling to renovation and beyond, visitors can engage with industry experts, gaining insights into the latest trends and technologies shaping the housing landscape.
Of course, perusing the exhibits is only part of the fun. In addition to tons of daily giveaways (everything from grills to premium cookware), the world-renowned Wall Wizard will also grace the stage with three enchanting performances each day, imparting invaluable tips and tricks on enhancing living spaces.
Tickets for the 39th annual Florida’s Largest Home Show are $12 (Friday is FREE) and can be purchased at the door. Parking is free all weekend. The show is being hosted in Expo Hall at the Florida State Fairgrounds August 30 – September 2. Exhibit hours are Friday and Saturday from 11 am-6 pm; Sunday from 11 am-5 pm, and Monday from 11 am-4 pm.
