Sucre Table, one of Tampa’s best bakeries, unveils mouthwatering XL croissants

You’re about to experience something big at Sucré Table—literally. The bakery is bringing Tampa a giant “XL croissant,” packed with all the buttery, flaky goodness you crave. Starting August 15, you’ll be able to pre-order this indulgent pastry, perfect for satisfying even your biggest cravings. Sucre Table is known for these special bakery items, and they sell out quick. This exciting news comes right after Sucré Table celebrated its 4th anniversary in Tampa this June. Reflecting on the milestone, award-winning Pastry Chef Brenda Villacorta has a message for Tampa and everyone who has visited the bakery: “Thank you for choosing Sucré Table as your go-to spot for delicious treats. Your support means the world to us. We can’t wait to continue creating memorable experiences and spreading sweetness in your life.”

A passion project in the heart of Tampa

Prior to owning Sucré Table, Brenda trained in New York City with world-renowned culinary experts including Jean George and pastry chef Dominique Ansel. She previously served as Head Pastry Cook at Le Bernardin. Le Bernardin boasts three Michelin stars and ranks as one of the best dining experiences in the world.  Villacorte’s background working in Michelin Star kitchens has helped her craft one of the top morning destinations in the city.

Spellbinding desserts on its rotating menu have included Sucré’s version of Strawberry Shortcake, a picture perfect blend of Japanese cheese cake, with creme brulee, and strawberry champagne jelee. Villacorta earned more local notoriety with her transfixing, flakey and savory pistachio croissant. Mango cheesecake, lavender blackberry rose cupcakes, and Galette des Rois have all featured on the menu, too.
