The city of Tampa is a work of art. We have stunning murals all over our city, in addition to massive installations near the Florida Aquarium, in Curtis Hixon Park, and along the Tampa Riverwalk Stretch. The latest project adds a vibrant mural to one of Tampa’s more trafficked intersections.
Lift Up Luck—designed by local artist, Meaghan Farrell Scalise of Traditional and Digital Arts, LLC—celebrates Tampa’s resilient spirit, mirrors the city’s Lift Up Local program, and adds a touch of beauty to the intersection of Franklin St & Twiggs St in Tampa’s Downtown.

Want to take a mural tour of Tampa from the comfort of home? Tampa’s Downtown Partnership has created a virtual mural tour of this area’s most stunning works of public art.
The intersection is currently closed to traffic as part of Tampa’s new program to help restaurants expand their outdoor dining capacity. The pilot program has just been extended until at least June 2 for the Franklin Street and Hyde Park restaurant and retail zones. Ybor City’s E 7th Avenue’s designation officially ended on May 27 at 9am.
