Get your pizza-folding fingers ready – New York-style pies have arrived in Water Street Tampa. 3 Corners Pizza just opened last summer just a few steps away from Amalie Arena at 813 Water Street on the ground floor of Heron, and in the time since, the sprawling pizzeria and sports bar has become an immediate hit.

The hotspot is named for the iconic shape of New York’s massive, foldable, and oh-so-perfectly-cheesy slices. However, this is a spot that features far more than huge pizzas. With an incredible array of wings, salads, and subs (we HIGHLY recommend the Meatball Sub), plus tons of sports on TV and an impressively creative cocktail list, 3 Corners Pizza has something for everybody.
3 Corners also has enough to keep you coming back for more no matter what you like, with new specialty pizzas every week, as well as build-your-own pizzas that allow you to select your own base, proteins and veggies to create the perfect New York-style pie. Our go-to on the menu is the Meat Lovers pizza – it has three different types of pepperoni! – but when you’re in the mood for the perfect balance of rich flavor with light delivery, the White Pizza is hard to beat: oregano, garlic oil, ricotta, and mozzarella.
While any order is available by the slice or by the whole pie, every pizza is made with a large, 18” crust that is thick and crispy along the edge, yet soft and thin enough to fold and eat, creating the perfect New York slice every time. So whether you get it in singles or a whole, you’re getting the real deal every time.
3 Corners is much more than just great pizza
Elsewhere on the menu, the house-made dry rub on their dry rub wings is outstanding, and our salad of choice is the 3 Seasons, which is a spring mix topped with fresh fruits, walnuts, balsamic, feta, and dried cranberries. And like any great pizzeria, their garlic twists are top-notch. If you’re able, save room for dessert and grab fresh-made cannoli or cassatelle, a delicious fried dough treat.
3 Corners also has an excellent selection of craft and domestic beer on tap and in cans, as well a wide variety of wines, seltzers, and even NA beers. But what makes them stand out from most pizzerias is the full liquor bar, and the accompanying cocktails.
Taking pride in their proximity to Amalie Arena and the Tampa Bay Lightning, 3 Corners offers up themed cocktail favorites such as the Lightning Lemonade (made with blueberry Smirnoff vodka), and a shot list that includes tantalizing names like Penalty Shot, Quick Release, and Slap Shot – Espolon tequila with a splash of blue raspberry and simple. From the New York Sour and the Cucumber Gin Cooler to the Ghost Pepper Margarita and the Cold Brew Espresso Martini, 3 Corners takes their cocktail game seriously.
With the NHL season nearing the playoffs, the NCAA Tournament in full swing, and the MLB regular season about to begin, 3 Corners Pizza is the perfect spot to catch any game and get a delicious meal in the process.
