Fascinating science + incredible food = pure satisfaction. The Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) just announced that Zydeco Brew Werks is now open on its premises (4801 E Fowler Ave). That means you can enjoy Zydeco’s award-winning brews, New Orleans-inspired bites, and great atmosphere at one of the premiere entertainment and educational institutions in the city.
MOSI first announced the news in celebration of Zydeco being nominated for Best Brew Pub in America by USA Today readers. Zydeco finished in the top 5.

Savor Zydeco’s award-winning Ybor Lager, tasty po boys, burgers, and more while experiencing all that MOSI has to offer. After a soft opening phase, Zydeco will also operate after hours at the MOSI location. Nothing beats a local brew and some intense science-based mini golf.
Zydeco has even more exciting news on the horizon. They’re readying to host their first beer dinner on October 18 and tickets are available now. This intimate event will be held upstairs in their private event space and hosted by their Head Brewer Paul and Head Chef Jerald. The pair will navigate attendees through 5 courses of delectable beer and food pairings while describing the flavor profiles and why they arrived there in detail.
