On the Road: A One Helluva Woman Show at Stageworks Theatre (Friday & Saturday)
Looking for a date night this weekend? Head out to Stageworks Theatre to see On the Road: One Helluva Woman Show, starring an 80-year-old activist who shares her experience driving her Prius around the Country and trying to save the world. This show details the exploits, obstacles and joys of a road trip fueled by the power of creating deep change in the arts, education, economy and communities. David Koechner: The Symphony of Chaos Tour at Tampa Improv Comedy Theatre (All Weekend)
Actor, writer and producer David Koechner will be bring his Symphony of Chaos Tour to Tampa this weekend at the Improv Comedy Theatre. He is well-known for his roles as Todd Packer on The Office and Champ Kind from the Anchorman movies and has made an appearance on numerous networks including Showtime, Comedy Central, ABC, Fox and Nexflix. One Act Weekend at Carrollwood Players Theatre (All Weekend)
The annual one act weekend at Carrollwood Players Theatre is back this weekend! This popular event includes a collection of eight short plays, each 10-15 minutes in length, never performed in Florida, and premiering throughout this weekend either on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Tampa Great Strides Walk-a-thon
Fundraise for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by joining the walk-a-thon at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park. Check-in begins at 7am and the walk begins at 8am. Registration is free, but walkers are encouraged to raise funds. Your support will help accelerate innovative research and drug development, as well as advance care and advocacy. Cornhole for a Cause
