Strategic Property Partners, LLC (“SPP”) announced the beginning of its first official season of interactive community events in Water Street Tampa, the live-work-play neighborhood that is creating a new lifestyle destination in Downtown Tampa. As construction completed last month on Water Street Tampa’s first phase of development with the opening of The Tampa EDITION, the neighborhood is now unveiling a series of public activations, including public art installations from local and national artists, a dedicated “Weekend on Water Street” featuring a European-style street market, new restaurant openings and a full slate of first-annual holiday events, that will provide everyone with a taste of the lifestyle Water Street Tampa has to offer.
“2022 has been a monumental year for Water Street Tampa, as we completed construction on our first phase of development,” said Lee Schaffler, Chief Portfolio Officer for SPP. “The neighborhood has started to come alive with tons of people living and working here, as well as retailers, art installations, live music and more that show the true community destination we’re creating. We’re excited to give our residents, neighbors and visitors a front-row seat to life at Water Street Tampa.”
