Tampa has been named one of the top 25 cities for Halloween in America, according to a new ranking from WalletHub. Known for its vibrant spooky season events, Tampa’s Halloween celebrations shine with popular attractions like the Tampa Riverwalk Trick or Treat, pumpkin patches, nautical haunted experiences, and major draws such as Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens.
WalletHub’s rankings were based on a comparison of the 100 largest U.S. cities across 20 key metrics, including costume stores per capita, crime rates, and the number of potential trick-or-treat stops. The top cities provide safe environments, plenty of Halloween activities, and favorable weather conditions for festive fun.

While Tampa earns its place on the list, it ranks just behind Florida cities Orlando and Miami. Still, with a wide array of attractions, Tampa remains a top destination for Halloween enthusiasts.
