Where to see fireworks in Tampa this 4th of July

There are tons of celebrations happening in Tampa this 4th of July weekend, and on July 4 itself. Here’s where to see fireworks in and around Tampa:

Boom By the Bay
Date: July 1
Time: 4pm-dusk
Location: Julian B Lane Riverfront Park, 1001 N Boulevard

The free event will feature a concert, food trucks, family zone activities, and of course, fireworks. The firework show is expected to fill the sky at dusk. A boat parade and Star Spangled Sparkman Wharf is scheduled for Tuesday, July 4.

Busch Gardens Summer Nights
Date: June 30-July 4
Time: Park open 10am-10pm

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is currently running the Summer Nights event, running through Aug. 6 for guests to Stay Longer and Play Later and enjoy a spectacular fireworks show on select nights. For the Fourth of July Weekend, June 30 through July 4, guests can expect five days of festivities to celebrate the birth of our nation, with all the vibrant energy from Summer Nights plus a special fireworks display with a patriotic ending each night.

Plant City Independence Day Celebration
Date: July 4
Time: 6pm-9:30pm
Location: Plant City Stadium, 1810 S Park Road

Get out to plant city for live music, amazing food, and of course a fireworks display outside Plant City Stadium.

Wesley Chapel 4th of July Jubilee
Date: July 4
Time: 5pm-9pm
Location: Avalon Park, 5060 River Glen Boulevard

There will be a patriotic bake-off, bike parade, bounce houses, food trucks, community performances and vendors. 

Lakeland Red White & Kaboom
Date: July 3
Time: 6pm-9pm
Location: Lake Mirror Promenade, 121 S. Lake Avenue

Enjoy tons of local food vendors, and a performance by The Franchise Players before a dazzling display of fireworks.

St. Pete Fireworks on the Pier
Date: July 4
Time: 4pm-10pm
Location: St. Pete Pier, 600 2nd Ave NE

The Fourth is filled with fun activities for all ages, including the 3rd annual St. Pete Pier Run, a craft beer garden, Uncle Sam’s Market with local vendors, the Family Fun Zone, food trucks and other food vendors, live music on the Visit St. Pete Clearwater Main Stage, and roaming entertainers up and down the pier. You can also reserve a spot on the Pelican St. Pete Boat to view the fireworks from the water.

Clearwater Celebrates America
Date: July 4
Time: Activities runs from 8am-9:30pm at Coachman Park
Location: 300 Cleveland Street

As the day comes to a close, witness the grand finale – the largest fireworks display in Clearwater’s history accompanied by The Florida Orchestra. Following the fireworks, stick around for an immersive silent disco party to keep the celebration going.
