Talkin’ Tacos is expanding in Hillsborough County. The team just announced a new location will open in Westchase at 9520 W Linebaugh Avenue on Friday, December 27.
The official grand opening party will kick off at 6 p.m., with the first 100 guests in line receiving a free order of the restaurant’s birria tacos, Jarritos, and swag.

This Westchase spot will span 2,400 square feet and serve Halal Mexican Cuisine. Visitors can indulge in birria tacos, birria ramen, Southwest chicken tacos, and street corn in a cup.
Two childhood best friends founded Talkin’ Tacos before either reached 30. In 4 years, the taco joint has expanded to 19 locations, with six more Florida locations set to open in 2025.
