Tacos Las Californias Instagram feed makes you want to eat your phone. Their birria recipe is phenomenal, and they make a birria ramen special that is out of this world. The restaurant/food truck is now expanding with a brand new brick-and-mortar location at 4007 Fiesta Plaza in Tampa. The opening is officially set for November 7 from 11am-9pm.
This is one of the original spots for quesabirria in town. Tacos Las Californias beef birria is served on a crispy red flavorful corn tortilla with melted mozzarella cheese with cilantro and onions consome on the side. The restaurant’s Cali Rolls are crispy bits of flavor dynamite. 4 corn tortillas are filled with shredded chicken rolled and fried topped with lettuce, cream, cotija cheese and pico de Gallo.
