Station House BBQ set an ambitious goal of selling 480 Cuban sandwiches during the festival. Their winning Smokin’ Cuban features smoked pork, sweet ham, hard salami, Swiss cheese sauce, mojo mayo mustard, sweet relish, and their signature sweet guava BBQ sauce—pressed to perfection. This mouthwatering creation secured them a well-earned first-place victory.
