The Saturday Morning Shoppe is one of the most celebrated events in the Tampa Bay region. This shopping extravaganza takes over Westshore Plaza (250 Westshore Plaza) on March 19 from 11am-4pm. Renee Edwards is the brains behind the Saturday Morning Shoppe operation. The goal of the event has always been to create economic development opportunities for emerging businesses through these fast growing monthly markets. Edwards has also founded the Saturday Morning Shoppe Academy to provide business coaching, business etiquette, resources, marketing, and licensure that would allow hobby vendors to grow their business and income.
Saturday Morning Shoppe supports small businesses
Edwards has used her knowledge and platform to assist nearly 150 small businesses every month. Baseball fans, don’t sleep on the Saturday Morning Shoppe. They giveaway free Tampa Bay Rays tickets every month.
This event is totally family-friendly. In addition art and food vendors, the festivities will include face painting, bounce houses, live entertainment, and kid and teen vendors. Visitors will also get to enjoy the best slice of cheesecake in town.
