More than 200 new condos could be coming soon to Downtown Tampa. As first reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the Kolter Group paid nearly $12 million for four parcels between North Tampa Street and East Twiggs Street.

The restaurants and businesses along the block would remain in operation through most of next year before the official demolition process begins.

This means we may have to say goodbye to downtown Tampa’s lunch gem Moxie’s. Additionally, Bamboozle and First Watch would leave the downtown area.

Don’t fret, you can always visit Moxie’s second location at 202 Benjamin Rd #100.
