In the stroke of a single press release, a sweeping new addition is on its way to Tampa’s Riverwalk. Four new elevated dining and nightlife concepts are coming to downtown, as Pendry Tampa partners with a Las Vegas and SoCal-based hospitality group to fill out the upcoming retail and dining spaces in the tower.
The Pendry tower, under construction at 100 Ashley Drive, will welcome four new restaurants and bars when it opens. According to the release, the lineup will be highlighted by “a signature restaurant concept that offers elevated dining and a vibrant, high-energy social atmosphere.” Additionally, Pendry will welcome a modern Mexican restaurant “with vibrant flavors and expressive design,” a speakeasy lounge, and a poolside dining experience.

A major addition to downtown Tampa
Featuring a branded hotel and residences, the Pendry is expected to open in 2027. It will join a small but growing club of upscale hotel towers with multiple high-end food and beverage concepts in the booming downtown area, such as Tampa Edition in Water Street Tampa.
Clique Hospitality is a Las Vegas and Southern California-based group with dining and nightlife concepts across the country. Clique and Pendry have already partnered on similar plans in Chicago, Newport Beach, and San Diego. They say this new venture on the Riverwalk will “set a new standard for dining in Tampa.”
“With Pendry Tampa, we look forward to adding a vibrant culinary experience to the Riverwalk with Clique Hospitality as our partner,” said Michael Fuerstman, co-founder of Pendry Hotels & Resorts. “Together, we’re creating restaurant and bar experiences that feel distinctly of the destination, celebrating the city’s waterfront energy, incredible ingredients, and culture, while delivering the modern, design-driven point of view and warm, gracious service that define Pendry.”

Vision shaped by Tampa developers
The local developers behind Pendry, Two Roads Development, said they look forward to Pendry and its restaurants becoming a staple in downtown.
“Our goal with Pendry Tampa is to create a residential and hospitality experience that reflects the inviting, energetic, and connective nature of the Riverwalk,” said Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development. “Partnering with Clique Hospitality allows us to introduce culinary and social spaces that match that spirit and serve as a vibrant extension of life for our residents and the surrounding community.”
