Tampa Bay’s adventure scene is getting a major upgrade with the announcement of Peak Surf Park, a sprawling surf-centric attraction planned for Pasco County. Tony Miller, the visionary behind the project, has secured 35 acres within Two Rivers, a 6,000-acre master-planned community. Scheduled to open in late 2027, the park will combine surf culture, entertainment, and lifestyle amenities, making it a standout destination in the region.

After a nearly two-year search for the perfect location, Miller chose central Pasco County for its accessibility to Tampa Bay and West Central Florida residents.

Surfing in the heart of Pasco County

At the core of Peak Surf Park will be a cutting-edge surf lagoon powered by Surf Lakes technology, an Australian innovation that delivers consistent, high-quality waves suitable for all skill levels. The park will also include:

  • Half a mile of sandy beaches
  • Concert and event venues
  • Bars, restaurants, and retail shops
  • Fitness and wellness facilities
  • Spaces for education and business

“I want to create a truly unique, unparalleled guest experience in the Tampa Bay area,” said Miller, envisioning the park as a hub for community, adventure, and entertainment.

Two Rivers is a fit for the new Peak Surf Park

The park will integrate seamlessly with Two Rivers, a development by Eisenhower Property Group that combines luxury residential and commercial spaces. Highlights of Two Rivers include:

  • A private social club
  • Pickleball and tennis courts
  • Swimming pools and playgrounds
  • An 18-hole golf course designed by David McLay-Kidd

Peak Surf Park will enhance these amenities, blending outdoor adventure with resort-style living.

Making economic waves

The park is projected to have a significant economic impact, with an estimated $1.3 billion in annual business output within its first decade. An economic impact study by Hotel & Leisure Advisors also anticipates:

  • 700 jobs created annually
  • Nearly $150 million in combined tax revenue to the state and county over 10 years

To fund pre-construction efforts, Miller has launched a crowdfunding campaign for accredited investors, with a retail investor campaign set to roll out early next year. Interested investors can learn more at www.peaksurfpark.com.

The journey to completion will include a year of entitlements followed by 18-24 months of construction. By late 2027, Peak Surf Park aims to become Tampa Bay’s ultimate destination for surfing, relaxation, and community connection.
