The Motor Enclave is a $150 million motor sports attraction at 6499 N Falkenburg Road in Tampa. They’ve recently held Motorsports Club Member track sessions, as seen on Instagram.
The brand new 200-acre project will include 100 acres of off roading adventure, and a 1.6-mile Tilke-designed Performance Circuit.

Beyond the tracks The Motor Enclave will also be equipped with more than 300 private garages, and a 37,000+ square foot Corporate Event Center.
The multiple off-road tracks are made for any vehicle that’s caged. This includes side-by-sides, rally cars, Jeeps, and Broncos. ATVs will not be allowed on the off road tracks. The 1.6-mile track was designed by Hermann Tilke, a German engineer who is responsible for nearly two dozen Formula One tracks around the world.
A large fleet of cars will also be available for guests of those who have a unit at The Motor Enclave, and those who rent the track for corporate events.
The owners note that this track is not for racing. Motor Enclave wants to emphasize safety above all else.
In an interview with the Tampa Bay Times, Motor Enclave reps said, “It’s an enthusiast circuit. You can come out here and drive safely instead of cruising on I-75 in your McLaren.”
Drivers will be evaluated before they’re allowed on the track. Lessons will be available to those deemed not ready to ride.
