Melting Pot Social, a brunch hot spot, opening soon in South Tampa

Melting Pot Social Restaurant and Bar introduces a fun, playful concept that matches the city’s laid-back vibe. This latest restaurant from the brand opens May 22 at 105 W Tyler Street. It will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a weekend, with a brunch program available on the weekends.

“Tampa sparkles and shines, a vibrant city full of heritage and history, pirates and parades, coladas and Cuban sandwiches – it’s a spectacular scene where both culture and culinary captivate,” notes Melting Pot Socials management team in a release. “From breathtaking beaches to the Bay, from historic Ybor to the coasters that slay, just chilling to simply thrilling is only a car ride away.”

“We’ve been serving fondue in Tampa since 1981 – we loved it here so much we made Tampa our home in 1985,” the ownership team. continues “Four decades later, we couldn’t be prouder to plant the flagship location of this new restaurant and bar concept in the growing Downtown landscape.”

Melting Pot Social is Tampa’s new brunch hot spot

The menu is full of ooey-gooey cheesy goodness and inventive craft cocktails. The unique dining experience features flambéed flatbreads, a melted raclette burger and other mouthwatering handhelds like paninis, and fresh salads. The menu also has a create-your-own cheese and chocolate fondue pick sheet with savory dippers such as mini corn dogs, pickle fries, churros, macaroons, and much more.

Melting Pot Social, founded in Asheville, North Carolina, is a bar-centric, cheese forward, whimsical dining experience with a creative culinary twist on the classic Melting Pot® brand. It is the latest restaurant innovation from Front Burner, the restaurant management company for Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc.
