Tampa loves chicken tenders. Hot Chix, a business that began in California, has hit the road will open in Tampa at 5208 N 22nd on July 27. The Nashville style hot fried chicken is ready to make a statement in Tampa’s culinary community.
Their photos are savory masterpieces, and we can’t wait to try these tenders for real. Hot Chix menu of tenders ranges from mild to extraordinarily spicy, so it’s sure to satisfy all preferences. They also serve up hot buns, chocolate shakes, famous Mac and cheese, and fries that we are told are a step above everyone else’s.

The original location was the focal point of a Good Morning America segment back in 2020. Danny and Talar Sarkissian, founders of Hot Chix La, turned to a fried chicken specialty, with a side of encouragement for other entrepreneurs in order to survive. During the height of the pandemic, they worked to provide thousands of meals to those most in need in their community.
