Korean fried chicken and karaoke hot spot Gangchu reopens in Seminole Heights

Gangchu, a popular Korean-style chicken and beer (Chimaek) spot, has reopened under new ownership in Seminole Heights at 6618 N Nebraska Avenue.

To celebrate the grand reopening, Gangchu is offering special deals and giveaways through August 16. Customers can enjoy 50% off all beverages from 4 PM to midnight, 20% off entire bills from noon to 4 PM, and a chance to win prizes by spinning a wheel.

The menu features Korean favorites like Kimchi Fried Rice, Beef Mandoo, Kimchi Pancake, Beef Bulgogi, sweet and spicy fish cakes, and their signature Korean-style fried chicken.

For those looking for a fun and unique experience, Gangchu also offers a private Noraebang room—a cozy karaoke space for up to 12 guests. Equipped with the Singa Karaoke system, which boasts the largest licensed song catalog in Tampa Bay, the room is available for $10 per person per hour.
