It’s that time of year again. The Florida State Fair returns to the Sunshine State from February 10-21. The event features wild rides, some of the most creative and strange fried foods in the world, live entertainment and more. It’s an illuminant trip down memory lane. But for those who want to eat their way through the festivities, here are the top dishes to keep on your radar.

Funnel Cake Taco: A taco shell dipped in a buffalo batter funnel cake mix, fried golden, filled with buffalo chicken dip; topped with lettuce, cheddar cheese, ranch, and cool ranch Doritos crumbles!
Deep fried banana pudding: Donut holes topped with banana pudding and whip cream & caramel drizzle on top.
Loaded fried pickle nachos: Deep fried pickle chips loaded with cheese, bacon, chili, jalapeños and ranch.
Poutine Sundae: Fresh cut fries topped with fresh cheese curds covered in gravy. Add sirloin steak to make the ultimate Cheese Steak!
Pop Rock Smoothie: Real fruit smoothies, topped off with popping Pop Rocks.
Twisted S’mores: Ribbon chips with a chocolate and marshmallow drizzle, topped with graham cracker sprinkles!
Bacon Caramel Apple: A crisp Granny Smith apple covered in rich house-made caramel, rolled in real bacon bits. Also available drizzled in chocolate!
The event will include a fire juggler, a cowboy bootcamp, mobile glass studios, BMX stunt riders, puppet shows, a wall of death thrill show, and tons of bands across the near two week fair.
