Daiso, the renowned global retail chain offering a wide range of affordable and unique products, will open a new store in Tampa, Florida, on February 1. The store will be located on the Northdale Promenade (15702 N Dale Mabry Hwy).
Here’s the full announcement from the store: “We will give away an exclusive goodie bag to the first 100 customers who make a $30 purchase at this location each day. Doors open at 9 a.m. on 02/01 and 10 a.m. on 02/02! See you there! Store Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.”

David Eggnatz, Vice President of Katz & Associates, who represented Daiso in the lease deal, expressed enthusiasm about the new store’s strategic location. “We are excited to be working with a strong company that is thorough in their expansion goals throughout Florida with a great outlook on future growth,” said Eggnatz. “This new store is strategically located in a strong center and top-tier market within the Tampa MSA.”
Brian Hector of Kite Realty, who represented the landlord, Kite Realty, in the deal, also played a key role in securing the lease.
The opening of Daiso in Northdale Promenade is expected to create a fun shopping experience with its unique products and further enhance the retail landscape in Tampa.
