Tampa’s Downtown Partnership just debuted its newest monthly event: Central Park Eats. The first iteration took place at Perry Harvey Sr Park (1000 E Harrison St) on the third Tuesday of each month from 5pm-8pm.

The first event featured 6 of our favorite food truck vendors in Florida:

This event is an opportunity for the residents to gather and support local 4-wheel businesses. This event will also feature additional monthly activations, such as music and other family-friendly activities.

Downtown’s Backyard Market at Tampa City Center’s Esplanade (8490 Alberata Vista Dr) is a monthly program that will pop up in the Downtown Core neighborhood. It runs from 2:30pm-5:30pm on the second Thursday of each month. The next market is set for December 14.

Visitors will discover a hidden oasis of farm-fresh goodness, right in the heart of the Downtown Core. “This iteration of a traditional farmer’s market is your go-to destination for a taste of the countryside, conveniently located in the hustle and bustle of the city,” according to a release from Tampa’s Downtown Partnership.
