Looks like Billy Joel is in a Tampa state of mind. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist will join fellow rock monolith Sting at Raymond James Stadium. The concert is set for February 24, 2024, and tickets are on sale now.
The Piano Man recently enjoyed a record-setting residency at Madison Square Garden. He’s trading the vibrant grit of the concrete jungle for the spectacular sunsets and warm breeze of Tampa Bay. The Bronx-born, Long Island-raised singer-songwriter released his latest music project in April, a live recording of his historic 1975 concert at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall.

British composer and singer-songwriter Sting is prolific. Sting has won 17 Grammys with the Police and as a solo artist. He’s been nominated four times for an Oscar, and once each for an Emmy and a Tony Award.
This is a can’t miss event for audiophiles, and might be your last chance to catch the iconic duo live together in the city of Tampa. The bright lights of Raymond James Stadium seem like a fitting venue for the pair to bust out classics and banter with a capacity crowd.
If you don’t mind, we’ll be listening to Piano Man on repeat for the next several months.
