Determined to share their family recipes with the world, Dan Bavaro, his wife Anna-Maria, and their five beautiful children moved from New Jersey to Tampa, and set out to provide for others the same love, energy, and authenticity that they experience around their own dinner table.

Menu items include ricotta meatballs, tagliatelle alla bolognese, and perfect penne alla vodka. The prosciutto cotto pizza, and the margherita pizza are addictively good.
Owner Dan Bavaro’s next endeavor, Oronzo, will deliver that same exquisite Italian cuisine.
Oronzo, which officially opened on June 17, promises to be the Chipotle of Italian food serving from scratch recipes in a fast casual environment supported by state of the art technology. The team behind the restaurant brings with it 50+ years in the industry. The restaurant gets its name from Dan Bavaro’s grandfather.
