New restaurant and menu
Buffalo Bayou Coffee House will serve locally roasted beans and The Spaniard, the signature house restaurant run by Executive Chef Brian Agoncillo, will feature fresh and local ingredients along with open-air dining. The menu boasts some cocktails like “Ybor’s Legacy,” a fusion of smoked local vanilla pipe tobacco, Michter’s, Pernod and bitters. Plus, for food, the menu has some classic items you see around Tampa like mojo marinated pork and ropa vieja.
There are also some great small plate options such as pork empanada, mussels and chorizo, grilled octopus and oxtail with white beans, leeks and sweet potatoes. If this was not enough for you tapas lovers, they also offer an extensive charcuterie menu as well.
